Downtown Shreveport, Louisiana

Craft dogs.
House links.
Cold brew.

A restaurant that specializes in serving craft hot dogs, cocktails, and beer.

In their own words

What comes off the fire

The name is the menu.

Links are the whole point here — built in house, cooked over flame, and dressed like somebody actually thought about it. Then there's a bar behind them, and a brisket menu beside them.

01

Craft dogs

The whole reason for the name. Craft hot dogs built to order and stacked with a lot more than mustard.

02

House sausages

Links made in house and cooked over open flame, which is where the char and the snap come from.

03

Brisket

There's a brisket menu here too, brisket tacos included. Worth asking about before you order the usual.

Burgers, crowned

Ours come out with an onion ring sitting on top, next to something dark and cold.

05

Pulled pork

Piled into a bun with pickled onions. A sandwich for the days you're not in a hot dog mood.

Cocktails & craft beer

The bar isn't an afterthought — it's half the reason the sign says brew. Poured to go with whatever's on the plate.

One-day specials

New dogs get invented here. Constantly.

This kitchen doesn't sit still. New links, new toppings, new combinations that exist for exactly one day — and a good number of them end up named after the customers and staff who thought them up.

Which is why you won't find today's special printed on this page. It goes up on the Facebook page, usually the night before.

Best way to eat here: check what went up yesterday, then come get it before it's gone for good.
